Russia is threatening NATO with a First Strike  Russia is poised to be the second country in the World to use nuclear weapons as a means to end a war before it gets started, just like the US did back in the forties. Putin has brought a bunch of American Reporters together to explain to them what is going on because the White House as usual especially when it comes to Russia is absolutely quiet. I watch the whole interview where he explains to the reporters that Russia will NOT go thru another world war like they did in the second world war.
